Know before you go
- Arrive at the marina 15 minutes before departure
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Show your driver's license at the plantation guard house for your marina pass
- Access includes a long dock walk, four steps up to the boat, and two large steps down into it
- Plans may change, be delayed, rescheduled, or be canceled based on sea and weather conditions
- No glass containers, red liquids, or spray sunscreen are permitted
- An 18% gratuity for the captain and crew applies to all half-day experiences
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours may receive only a partial refund. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
