Salt River Kayak & Paddleboard Rental

Launch at Water Users and paddle downstream on the Lower Salt River to Phon D. Sutton Recreation Site. Your shuttle and rental gear simplify the route so you can park once and focus on the water.

• Paddle downstream to finish at Phon D. Sutton Recreation Site
• Skip the need for vehicle racks, trailers, or a second car
• Explore the river at your own pace in a kayak or on a paddleboard

Know before you go

• Complete the electronic waiver before arrival; paper waivers are not available
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected shuttle time; shuttles leave every 30 minutes from 7 AM to 12 PM
• Ages 8+ only for shuttle riders
• A Tonto National Forest parking pass is required to park at either recreation site and is not included in the listed price
• Return equipment to Phon D. Sutton by 7 PM Friday and Saturday, or by 4 PM Sunday
• Return equipment after 4 PM on Friday or Saturday to the shuttle driver at 5 PM, 6 PM, or 7 PM; do not leave equipment unattended
• Fees apply if equipment is left unattended or must be retrieved from a location other than the designated return area
