Book private shuttle transportation to and from Salt River Tubing and travel with your group in a vehicle that fits your passenger count. Pickup time is the time slot you select, and float times may vary daily.
Tubes are not included and this is not a package deal. No personal items may be left on the vehicle during the float. Service has a 45 mile pickup radius; extra charges apply beyond 45 miles.

What happens when we arrive at Salt River Tubing?
Upon arrival, the person who booked the service must check in with a Tube Rental Agent for rental assistance and any necessary information.
Is the private shuttle drop-off different on weekdays vs. weekends?
Yes. On Saturday and Sunday, after check-in you’ll board the private shuttle again for a direct drop-off at the river. On weekdays, you’ll be dropped off at the main building and then take the regular shuttle buses to the river.
Where is the return pickup after the tubing trip?
After your tubing trip, the shuttle picks you up at the building.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If Salt River Tubing cancels due to severe weather, unsafe water conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds are not provided; only a credit may be issued.
