- Complete a digital liability waiver before departure; every participant needs one
- Keep all trash in the provided trail bins
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in, the safety briefing, and vehicle staging
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 48+ hours before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. At 24–48 hours, receive a 50% refund or 100% credit for a future tour. Under 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels for severe weather, trail closures or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
