Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure to avoid charges. Later cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are charged in full. Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, subject to availability. If the operator cancels due to weather, you will not be charged. If illness requires returning to the marina before resuming the trip, a $275 fuel charge applies.
