Know before you go

- Arrive by 12:35 PM if driving to allow time for limited parking

- Requires boarding and exiting the bus without assistance
- No participation during pregnancy, intoxication, or with epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, or conditions affected by alcohol or prolonged outdoor activity
- Requires effective verbal communication in English or Spanish
- Follow staff instructions and return to the bus by the departure time announced at each stop
- Do not smoke on the experience
- Follow Puerto Rico alcohol laws; the legal drinking age is 18+

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. No refunds within 48 hours or for no-shows or late arrivals. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operations.

The Chinchorreo 365 tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded if fewer than 10 participants are booked.
Return to the bus by the departure time your host announces. If you miss it, the bus will leave and you will need to make your own way to the next stop at your own expense.
On major event days, the tour may extend. Return time can also vary with traffic and the schedule.
