Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 6:00 pm the day before to avoid penalties. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, on-site cancellations, and incomplete tours are charged in full. No penalty applies for sudden cancellations due to severe ocean or weather conditions, as determined by the operator.
