Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Bring up to 18 people total. Each captained boat is limited to 6 passengers under U.S. Coast Guard rules (kids and adults both count), so you’ll use two boats and shuttle in groups of up to six.
Bring your own drinks, but hard liquor is not allowed under North Carolina law, and red wine is not allowed.
Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
