Cancel 72 hours prior for a full refund. Within 72 hours: no refund. Weather/mechanical cancellations (operator decides) can reschedule or get a full refund. Holiday weeks/peak season bookings are non-refundable. Dry Tortugas may convert to local charter with refund of price difference.
