Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds within 48 hours. Rescheduling is available until the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
