Know before you go
- Ages 18+ only unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Requires safely demonstrating the ability to operate an e-bike; staff determine rider safety eligibility
- Mandatory damage protection costs $5 per bike and is not included in the listed price
- A refundable $300 authorization hold per bicycle is placed on your credit card at rental and may cover damage, loss, cleaning, recovery, repairs, late returns, or other authorized charges
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before rental, with a refund to the card on file. Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain or poor road conditions.
