- Tour begins at 10 PM; arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in

- Dress for outdoor weather; the tour runs rain or shine

Cancellation Policy
Cancel individual bookings at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Same-day bookings and no-shows are nonrefundable. Groups of 10–14 need 48 hours' notice; groups of 15+ need 72 hours. If the operator cancels due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances, choose rescheduling or a full refund.
