Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Partial refund if you cancel after 24 hours of booking and more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. No refund if you cancel 24 hours or less before the scheduled ride. Full refunds or fee-free rescheduling for documented severe weather.
