Helmets are mandatory for riders 16 and under and optional for everyone else. Tips are optional and can be given in cash or via Venmo or Cash App.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the rental reservation time. No refund within 24 hours prior to the reservation date. If you miss your reservation with advanced notice, they will move your reservation to another day if available. No refunds for no-shows. In extreme weather, they will work with you to adjust your reservation as needed.
