Cancellation Policy
Cancel individual bookings at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Same-day bookings and no-shows are non-refundable. Groups of 10–14 must cancel 48 hours ahead; groups of 15+ must cancel 72 hours ahead. You may reschedule for the following evening, subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.
