Things to know
Ages 12–75 only and you must be able to ride a bike and pass a riding proficiency test. Minimum height is 5 feet and no expecting mothers. If an e-bike is damaged on the tour, repairs may be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund or to reschedule. No refunds within 48 hours of the start time. If bad weather is possible or it is raining a few hours before your tour, you will discuss options; if both parties mutually agree to cancel, you will get a full refund.
FAQs
