Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.
Important details
- Ages 21+ for anyone consuming alcohol
- Alcohol and ice for your selected drinks are your responsibility
- Obtain any permits or licenses required by your event venue before the class begins
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Locations more than 30 miles from the city center may incur an additional fee not included in the listed price
- Parking costs above $15 for the instructor may be charged in addition to the listed price
- Added guests, extra instructor time, or a late start may result in additional charges not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 30+ days' notice. Receive a 50% refund 11–29 days before the event; cancellations 10 days or less before are nonrefundable. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, except last-minute bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 fee applies to time changes within 7 days.
