Important details
- Check in at your reserved time; the ride departs without late arrivals
- Ages 6+ only for horseback riding
- Weight limit: 230 lbs for horseback riding
- Pregnant riders, or those who think they may be pregnant, cannot participate in the horseback ride
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes
- Bring bottled water for each rider
- Leave bags behind; bags are not allowed on the ride
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if alcohol is included with your meal
- A 20% gratuity is added to bookings and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 7 days' notice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Rebooking after 72 hours of your reservation carries a $30 per-person fee.

The experience requires at least 15 public guests. If that minimum is not met 72 hours before the cookout, it will be canceled and you can receive a full refund or move to the next available date.
Choose steak, chicken breast, or a bell pepper stuffed with wild rice, zucchini, and cheese. Dinner also includes cowboy beans, garlic mashed potatoes, garden salad, macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, and s'mores. For a vegan meal, request no cheese in your dietary restrictions.
Helmets are provided and highly recommended, but not required for the horseback ride.
