Itinerary

##1–2 hours in the classroom

• Equipment setup and checks
• Dive planning and air management review
• Refresher on dive theory, safety procedures, and emergency response

##4 hours in the pool (confined water)

• Buoyancy control and trim
• Mask clearing, air sharing, and ascent procedures
• Optional skills based on student request or needs

Important details

• Certification from a recognized dive training agency is required. Bring your certification card or other proof of certification.
• Physician clearance is required before entering the water if your medical questionnaire indicates a medical condition.
• Bring your own mask, fins, and snorkel; these required personal items are not included.
• Complete your medical statement at least 48 hours before the session and your liability release before entering the water.
• Complete the included online coursework before arrival; allow 4–6 hours.
• Arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and gear sizing.
