Know before you go
- Check in by 8:30 AM for morning trips or 1:00 PM for afternoon trips; boats depart at 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete it for guests under 18
- All snorkelers and divers must know how to swim; full-face masks are not permitted
- Certified divers must show proof of certification from a recognized training agency; digital cards are accepted
- Solo diving is not permitted; if no buddy is available, a guide is required for $50 for the first diver and $30 for each additional diver in your party
- Complete a refresher course if you have not dived in more than two years; a guide is recommended after more than one year
- Expect dive sites or boats to change based on weather and ocean conditions; specific sites and marine life cannot be guaranteed
- A credit card is required to hold your reservation
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels the tour.
FAQs
Resort amenities are for registered hotel guests wearing a valid guest wristband. If you are not staying at the resort, remain in designated Pirates Cove Watersports areas; Gus's Grille is open to the public.
Yes. Bring snacks and drinks, plus a small personal cooler that fits beneath your seat. A shared cooler with ice is available onboard.
Do not apply aerosol sunscreen before departure. Reef-safe mineral sunscreen is provided onboard.
