- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Bring a valid physical government-issued photo ID
- Complete the required liability waiver before arrival
- Drivers must be ages 18+
- Passengers must be ages 5+
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete the Florida Boaters Renters Course, which costs $9.99, and present proof at check-in
- Watch the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission safety video before your rental
- Maximum combined weight is 400 lbs per jet ski
- Service may be denied if you are under the influence
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Group bookings of 6+ require 72 hours' notice.
FAQs
Watch the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission safety video, complete the required online waiver, and complete the Florida boaters course if it applies to you. Drivers born after 1987 must complete the Florida Boaters Renters Course and show proof at check-in.
Arrive 30 minutes before your start time to check in and attend the safety briefing. Late arrivals may lose ride time, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your session starting without you.
Pay any remaining balance at least 24 hours before your start time using mobile payment. Credit and debit cards are not accepted for final payment, and on-site payments are only accepted if pre-approved.
