• The responsible renter must be 21 or older.
• Solo operators must be 16 or older.
• This rental is not recommended during pregnancy.
• Bring your ID to pickup.
• You're responsible for all damage during the rental. If you and the operator cannot agree on damages or issues, the card on file will be charged for damage up to $2,000. This is not a security deposit; damage charges are not included in the listed price.
• A Tonto Pass may be required depending on your chosen lake. The pass is not included in the listed price.
• Return the jet skis refueled. Refueling costs are not included in the listed price.
• Pickup requires a vehicle equipped to tow a trailer and a hitch with a 2-inch ball.
• Sign the liability waiver at pickup and familiarize yourself with Arizona lake and boating laws before your outing.
• The renter named on the reservation must be present at pickup. Arrive promptly for your scheduled pickup and return times, and return all equipment by the set return time, no later than 8 PM for an all-day rental.
