Join marine educators for an evening presentation and witness baby sea turtles released on Juno Beach. Learn about their nesting behavior before watching hatchlings begin their ocean journey.
Will we see a nest hatch?
We release hatchlings that have already hatched; nest hatching is not guaranteed.
Can I take pictures?
Photography and flashlights are not permitted during the release.
What if it rains?
The program runs rain or shine; we only stay off the beach during lightning.
Participants must be at least 10 years old and able to walk up to half a mile on soft sand. Dark clothing is recommended; no lights, cameras, or umbrellas allowed.
Free cancellation up to 21 days before the experience. Refunds are not available within 48 hours unless the program is cancelled by Loggerhead Marinelife Center.
