Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule free 48+ hours before departure; a $100 fee applies 24–48 hours before departure. No refunds or rescheduling within 24 hours. If the operator cancels and does not provide a substantially equivalent service, receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled, unused flight service.
