- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, operating this boat requires completion of a boating safety course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
- A security deposit is required at pickup, separate from the listed price. It is provided in cash or held on a credit card for the rental period.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, you'll be charged $7 per gallon plus an additional refueling service fee.
- For rentals of two or more days, orientation is mandatory. A $200 delivery & orientation fee may be collected at delivery, separately from the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 60 days before rental; 80% refund less than 60 days before; no refund less than 30 days before. If another customer takes your canceled rental, you'll receive an 80% refund. Full refund for cancellations due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Other bad weather does not qualify for cancellation.
