Important details
- The primary renter must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license. Bring your license and remain aboard for the entire rental as the primary renter.
- Anyone under 21 must be accompanied.
- No boating experience or current boating license is required. Without a current license, you'll receive a temporary boating certificate on site; anyone born before July 1, 1972 is exempt.
- Staff gratuity is not included in the listed price. The suggested amount is 15–20% of your total.
- Children ages 13 and younger must wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket throughout the trip. Any personal life jacket brought aboard must meet the same standards; recreational flotation devices are not substitutes.
- Bring only alcoholic drinks containing 15% alcohol by volume or less.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure, or 30 minutes before departure if you need boating certificate training. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled return time.

Cancellation Policy
Request cancellation or rescheduling at least 5 days before departure. No refunds or rescheduling with less than 5 days' notice; no refunds or credits for no-shows. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you'll receive a rain check to reschedule. Rain, clouds, heat, or cold alone do not necessarily lead to cancellation.
