Self-Drive Mini Boat Tour in San Juan

Pilot a 13-foot inflatable boat through San Juan Bay after a safety briefing, following a guide along the waterfront. Take in historic forts, Cataño’s shoreline, commercial piers, and a mangrove-lined water channel.

• Take the helm of your own 13-foot inflatable boat on a guided route
• Follow your guide past Condado and the Puerto Rico Convention Center
• View Fort San Cristóbal, the San Juan Wall, the Governor’s Mansion, and Fort San Felipe del Morro
• Explore the Cataño waterfront and Puerto Rico fish market area from the water
• Navigate through a mangrove vegetation area near San Juan’s commercial district
• Watch for iguanas, birds, and other local fauna along the route

Know before you go

• Arrive 45 minutes before the start time
• Ages 4+ only; children must ride with an adult in each mini boat
• Mini boat drivers must be 18+ and present a valid driver’s license at check-in
• The total weight in each mini boat must not exceed 600 lb (272 kg)
• Complete an electronic waiver for every participant; adults must sign for minors
• Present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
• Expect to get wet and do not bring alcohol aboard
