Important details
- Ages 3+ only
- Drivers require a valid driver's license and valid insurance. Bring your driver's license
- Bring an appropriate car seat or booster seat for any child under 8 years old or under 4 feet 9 inches tall, for use with the Jeep's standard restraints
- Wear closed-toe shoes for all trail walks and stops
- Complete a digital liability waiver for each participant before departure
- Keep all trash in the provided trail bins
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in, the safety briefing and vehicle staging
Cancellation Policy
48+ hours before departure: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 24–48 hours: 50% refund or 100% digital credit for a future tour. Under 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels for severe weather, trail closures, or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
