Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance receive a 75% refund. No refund for same-day cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
