Important details
- Requires the ability to bike 13 miles unless you ride in a seat
- Check in between 9:30 AM and noon; 26-mile route shuttles are not scheduled after 11 AM
- Wear closed-toe, closed-back shoes; open-toe and open-back shoes are not permitted
- Shuttles operate rain or shine
- No drugs or alcohol are permitted before or during the trip
- Complete a waiver when renting a bike
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 21+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancel 8–20 days before for a refund minus a $10 per person cancellation fee. No monetary refunds are available within 7 days of your trip or for day-of cancellations or no-shows.
