Know before you go
- Requires the ability to bike 13 miles unless riding in a seat
- Wear closed-back, closed-toe shoes; open-back and open-toe shoes are not permitted
- Shuttles operate rain or shine
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during the tour
- Check in by 11 AM for the longer route; later check-ins are limited to the shorter route
- Arrive at your scheduled shuttle time; late fees apply and a shuttle is not guaranteed for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 21+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 8–20 days before for a refund less a $10 per-person cancellation fee. No monetary refund for cancellations 1–7 days before; a $10 per-person cancellation fee applies. Day-of cancellations and no-shows incur a $20 per-person cancellation fee.
