Stone Gables B&B
This Leesburg shop has built a strong reputation around a team that genuinely takes its time with customers. Cody, Rob, Edwin, and Adonis come up repeatedly in reviews, consistently praised for patience, honesty, and real product knowledge. First-time riders especially seem to appreciate how the staff walks them through everything without any pressure to buy. The rental experience is a standout, with bikes in great condition, locks and accessories included, and a location right next to the W&OD trail making it easy to head straight out. Several renters ended up purchasing bikes after their experience, which says a lot about how the shop earns trust. Repairs and servicing also get solid marks, with fair pricing and smooth communication throughout. One reviewer did note that the shop declined to service their particular eBike model, so if you have a less common brand, it's worth a quick call ahead to confirm they can help. For most riders though, whether buying, renting, or bringing in a bike for service, the reviews paint a picture of a shop that prioritizes doing right by the customer over making a quick sale.
Great place to rent bikes from. Cody was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist us. The bikes are really nice quality and easy to use. They have a soft cooler on the back for your stuff and also have a cell phone holder. The ride out to Purcellville has some beautiful spots with the opportunity to eat lunch and walk around town when you get there. Great bikes and staff - highly recommend.
