Important details
- Ages 5+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- All participants must complete a liability waiver and bring the same valid ID used for it
- Single-kayak weight limit: 300 lbs; double-kayak weight limit: 600 lbs
- Not eligible if pregnant or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Life jackets must be worn at all times
- Pets are welcome and must wear a life jacket
- Arrive on time for the mandatory safety briefing
- Parking at Seven Seas Beach Park costs $5 per car and is not included in the listed price
- Routes and places to visit may change based on maritime conditions and paddling experience
- Do not touch or feed coral, fish, or sea turtles
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, reservations made within 48 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance is subject to availability and carries a $10 fee per rental item. If canceled due to weather, choose a new date, another tour, or a full refund.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing and water shoes. Bring a towel, personal medications, sun protection, and a water bottle or reusable cup. Leave jewelry, glass items, coolers, and illegal substances at home.
Arrive at your scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period applies; after 10 minutes, your kayak rental is automatically canceled.
Pets are welcome. They must wear a life jacket during the activity.
