Know before you go

• Arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled reservation
• Ages 18+ may rent; ages 12+ may use a single kayak with an adult in the party, while ages 2–11 ride in a tandem with an adult
• Complete a risk acknowledgment for every participant before departure
• Requires the physical ability to enter, exit, paddle, and sit upright in a kayak for the trip
• Wear your personal flotation device when launching and return it at the pullout
• Bring only reusable food and drink containers; bags and coolers are checked for disposable items and alcohol
• Leave alcohol, drugs, pets, and smoking items behind; legal service animals are permitted
• Remain in your vessel at all times; swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and exiting the boat are not allowed
• Exit at the designated pullout and use the provided shuttle; outside transportation and walking out are not permitted
• Expect stairs between the retrieval docks and shuttle area
• Limit coolers to 10 x 10 x 10 inches
• Late returns may incur a $50 per boat per hour fee
• Expect a $50 charge for damaged paddles or personal flotation devices
• Taxes are not included in the listed price
