Arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the team will either put you on a later trip that day or reschedule you for another day and time.
Dress to get wet. Choose synthetic clothing; avoid jeans and cotton because they stay wet and heavy. Wear river shoes or old running shoes to help avoid injury.
