Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. With less than 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a 50% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Stay close to shore and paddle within your comfort level. Paddling downstream past the launch site is not recommended because the return paddle can be challenging.
Park across the street in the gravel lot, not down the driveway or between the apartment buildings. Parking at the bottom of the hill is for residents only. Spaces are very limited, so bring one vehicle per party if possible.
Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, and water.
