Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice. If your rental is canceled or cut short due to unsafe weather, you'll have the option to reschedule. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes, a tandem kayak can carry three if the third person is a young child who can sit on the molded middle seat.
The lock may need waking up. Press the front of the padlock, select the highlighted lock in the MasterLock Enterprise app, tap "unlock", then pull the padlock open.
Allow about 10 minutes before getting on the water and another 10 minutes afterward to put everything away. This time comes out of your kayak rental.
