Important details
- Ages 12+ only for your own paddleboard.
- Park in the gravel lot across the street, not between the apartment buildings or at the bottom of the hill.
- After collecting your equipment, return the lock to the locked position. At the end of your rental, lock your board to the same rack and return your paddle and life jacket.
- Rentals may change depending on water levels, weather and river access conditions.
- Follow Eastern Time for your rental; the launch is near the Eastern–Central time zone border.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. With less than 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a 50% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
