Important details
- Bring a current printed Alaska Department of Fish and Game fishing license before departure; children under 16 are exempt
- Carry a King Salmon Stamp in addition to your fishing license if you catch and want to retain King Salmon
- Do not bring bananas or banana-related products aboard
- Do not bring hard alcohol or marijuana aboard; beer and wine are permitted, but intoxication is not tolerated
- Expect a fuel surcharge not included in the listed price if marine fuel exceeds $4.50 per gallon: $10 per person at $4.51–$5.00, $20 at $5.01–$6.00, $30 at $6.01–$7.00, or $40 at $7.01–$8.00 per gallon
Cancellation Policy
A $10 cancellation fee applies. Cancel 30+ days before for a 90% refund; 15–29 days for 75%; or 0–14 days for 50% only if your trip is rebooked. Full refund if Miller's Landing cancels due to weather; rain does not qualify.
FAQs
Target rockfish before June 20 and rockfish and Silver Salmon after June 20, subject to current seasonal regulations. Catch size and quantity are not guaranteed, and halibut cannot be retained on this half-day charter.
Dress in layers and bring waterproof outerwear, a warm hat, gloves, sunscreen, and non-slip waterproof footwear. Foul-weather gear is not included.
Meals are not included. Pack lunch, snacks, water, or coffee for your time on the water.
