Cancellation Policy
Give at least 24 hours' cancellation notice. No refunds. Rescheduling within the current season or a voucher is available, subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. You may continue your ride in rain; you'll only be taken off the water if conditions become dangerous.
