- Arrive 30–60 minutes before departure to complete paperwork and inspect the boat
- Bring a valid driver's license and credit card for check-in
- A captain's license is required for you or someone in your party; otherwise, a driver is required
- Complete a waiver for every participant before departure
- Fuel is not included and carries a $40 per hour charge on the day of rental
- If a driver is required, the $40 per hour driver fee is not included and is owed directly to the driver
- An 8.5% marina usage fee is not included in the rental rate
- Expect a 10% rental fee surcharge on weekends and holidays

Receive a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
