Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and sign the payment-responsibility statement at arrival, including responsibility for credit card chargebacks. Each owner of a credit card used for an invoice payment must also present valid government-issued ID and sign in person.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for all children under 18. Every child under 18 attending counts toward your party's child total, even if they do not participate.
• On-site charges are not included in the listed price: $30 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled party end time, $25 for violating party-item rules, and $25 for smash-cake cleanup unless you handle that cleanup yourself.
• Check in at the front desk and sign liability waivers. Signed waivers are required for every minor under 18, including infants and children who will not participate.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• Your time slot has a pre-assigned celebration area that cannot be changed.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint, or bubbles, or remove the venue's tablecloths. Place your own tablecloths over the existing ones, use only painter's tape for wall decorations, and bring only pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the facility.
• Deluxe party food orders require at least 48 hours' advance notice. Delivery times are estimates; delivery is not considered late until the final hour of your party.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start. Early setup is unavailable, so use part of your party time for setup. Late arrival may reduce your party time.
• Leave the celebration area promptly at your scheduled end time.
