- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- Bring beverages and snacks in a small soft cooler; glass is not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- No bananas are allowed onboard
- The park gate opens 15 minutes before departure; check in dockside
- Weather or sea conditions may require the trip to switch to an inshore charter
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 8–13 days before departure and forfeit the $200 deposit; cancel 2–7 days before departure and 50% of the charter price is charged. Cancel less than 24 hours before departure or no-show and the full amount is charged. Last-minute bookings within 72 hours forfeit the $200 deposit. If unsafe weather cancels your trip and rescheduling isn't possible, receive a full refund.
