- Arrive after the park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a valid Texas fishing license if you are 17 or older
- Use a soft pack or small cooler for beverages and snacks; glass is not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- Do not bring bananas
- Expect a 3% processing fee that is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% tip is suggested
- Weather or sea conditions may require changing to an inshore charter

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 8–13 days before departure and the $200 reservation deposit is forfeited. Cancel 2–7 days before departure and 50% of the charter price is charged. Cancel less than 24 hours before departure or no-show and the full amount is charged. For bookings within 72 hours, the $200 deposit is nonrefundable. If unsafe weather cancels the trip and rescheduling is not possible, receive a full refund.
