Explore a remote island for ancient shark teeth and fossils
4 hours
Up to 6 people
Boat ride, beach hike, water
Ride to an uninhabited island and search fossil-rich shorelines for shark teeth and prehistoric remains. Trips follow low tide, with departures scheduled in the morning or afternoon.
Free cancellation 7+ days before your charter. Cancel 6 days or less before: 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If weather forces cancellation, your deposit is refunded; the captain may try to reschedule.
The beach hike takes about 15 to 30 minutes each way. Requires a fair amount of walking.
Wear comfortable non-marking sole shoes and clothes you do not mind getting wet. Bring layers, a rain jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (not spray sunscreen), and a reusable water bottle. Bring snacks or additional drinks if you like, but do not bring glass.
A cooler with ice and water is provided on the Teeth & Fossil Charter. Bring a bag for any fossils or shells you find.
