- Be ready at your designated pickup time. The van can wait no more than 10 minutes before departing.
Cancellation Policy
If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive credit; full refunds are usually only issued for operator cancellations. Weather cancellations occur only in extreme conditions. Cancel more than 7 days ahead: 15% administration fee. Cancel 7 days to 24 hours ahead: 50% plus administration fees. Cancel less than 24 hours ahead or miss the hike: full price including fees.

Yes. Optional Trail’s End drop-off locations are available at no extra charge. Each is within easy walking distance of downtown Nantucket or near a local bus stop. After drop-off, you’re on your own for onward travel.
You’ll be notified if weather conditions could delay the hike or force its cancellation.
Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots, check the forecast, and dress for the weather. Bring water, a snack, bug spray, and sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher. Add a lightweight waterproof jacket if rain is likely or you tend to get chilly. A camera, binoculars, and walking stick are optional.
