If the operator cancels due to unfavorable weather, they may reschedule or issue a full refund. If you return due to weather after over half the tour, choose 50% refund or a rain check.

Arrive at least 40 minutes before departure. If you are not checked in at least 10 minutes before departure, you may lose your seat to guests on the waiting list and you will not qualify for a refund. The boat will not delay departure for late arrivals.
