- Expect the tour to operate in rain, snow, or sunshine
- Leave all dogs and pets at home; no dogs are allowed on the property, including in vehicles
- Expect moderate walking on natural terrain
- Wear weather-appropriate shoes and clothing
- Do not bring umbrellas, walkers, or wheelchairs
- Keep faux fur covered and out of view; avoid dangling items and flowy or loose clothing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund or free rescheduling. Between 48 and 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable; rescheduling is available with a 20% fee per reservation. Within 24 hours or for no-shows, bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduled tours must be used within 6 months.
