- Pick up and return rentals Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm or Sunday from 9am-5pm; no service from 2pm-3pm daily
- Pick up your bike within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free within 48 hours of booking unless your rental is within 14 days. Receive a 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before the event; no refunds within 14 days. If the operator cancels, choose a full refund.
