Two waivers are required before check-in. You must be a confident swimmer and in good physical condition; paddleboarding requires full mobility. Children under 3 are not permitted, and pets and alcohol are not allowed.

Full refund if you cancel 72+ hours before your booking date. No refund for day-of cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Operator may cancel due to unsafe weather or safety concerns; no refunds in these cases.

Minors ages 13–17 may paddle on their own board as long as a parent or guardian remains nearby for the entire tour.
