Things to know
Pick up and return at the Tempe store; no delivery. Transport on a roof rack or in a pickup; foam racks and straps are first-come. Single kayak supports up to 275 lbs and is 9.5 ft long.
Cancellation policy
For guided and beach delivery reservations, cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund; reschedule up to 24 hours, subject to availability. For in-store pickup rentals, cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; you may reschedule up to the time of your booking. No-shows are nonrefundable. Full refunds if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
