Things to know
Delivery is not provided; you are responsible for pickup and drop-off at the store. Late fees are added automatically if equipment is returned after end of business. Early pickup the night before costs an additional $5.00.
Cancellation Policy
For in-store pickup rental equipment reservations, 24 hour notice is required for a full refund. You can reschedule up to the time of your booking (subject to availability). If you do not contact them on the day of your booking, it is a no show with no refund or reschedule. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

No. You pick up and drop off the equipment at the store location.
Yes. You can pick up equipment between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM the night before your reservation for an additional charge of $5.00. You are responsible for the equipment while it’s in your possession overnight.
